What we do on a roof
Asphalt shingles on houses are most of the work. Everything below is done by our own crews.
Tear-off, deck check, underlayment, flashing, shingles and cleanup, in the order a crew would do it.
Flashing, vent boots, valleys, chimneys and loose shingles. We find where the water comes in first.
Ground walk, roof, attic and a written report with photos.
Gutters, downspouts and fascia, done with a roof or on their own.
Townhome and condo roofs, building by building, with one named contact for the board.

Buildings listed in order with planned days. Weather moves days, and we tell the board when it does.

Photos at each stage
Before, tear-off, deck and finished, sent to the board after each building.

Papers on request
Certificates of insurance sent to the board on request, and permits pulled by us.
